SETTING UP GAME - slide grid sideways off base, then lift up and press down into base so that it stands upright. Divide the checkers by color and distribute between players. 
TO PLAY - each player takes a turn by dropping one of their checkers down any slot in the grid. The first player to get four in a row, vertically, horizontally or diagonally wins! 
TO START A NEW GAME - lift and tilt grid to release checkers. Checkers will drop into base. Replace grid into base and redistribute checkers.
- Store checkers in base under grid when not in use.
