USER SIZING: 
- Measure your height.
- The scale at in the picture gives an indication suggested size.
- To ensure accurate fit hold guard up to leg or try on when possible.
SHINGUARD FIT:
- The top of the shinguard should be fitted approximately three inches under knee joint and two inches above the ankle. 
- The top of the player's sock should completely cover the shinguards.
SHINGUARD PLACEMENT:
- The guard should be centered on the shin so as not to impair the knee or ankle movement.
- For maximum performance follow all manufacturer s instruction.
SINGUARD CARE:
- Store dry and cool.
- Hand wash the detachable backing and ankle in cool water (30° maximum).
- Allow to dry naturally at room temperature.
- Do not place over radiators or any source of direct heat.
