not inflated. Straw is not included. 
-  (1) 26” x 50” Happy Birthday Cupcake Candled foil balloon. 
- They can be inflated with a straw, hand pump, electic inflator, or helium regulator (Floats with helium) 
• Straw Method (not included): Insert a drinking straw or the nozzle of a helium tank into the tab, breaking the inner seal. If using a straw, pinch the straw and tab while blowing air into the balloon. 
•Helium Method: If using helium, press down on the tank's nozzle while holding the tab. Once full, remove the straw or nozzle, and the balloon should seal itself.
*  Caution: Over-inflation, sharp objects, unclean surfaces, direct SUNLIGHT, and excessive squeezing can easily damage and burst the balloons.
- Mylar balloons can typically hold helium for up to 2 weeks. 
- Standard mylar balloon are self-sealing and reusable.
CHOKING HAZARD – Children under 8 yrs. can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
