12-year-old BEATRIX (Morgan Neundorf) has officially passed the test to become a full-blown witch, and has been elected valedictorian which will be announced at annual WITCHES BALL.
This creates jealousy in her rival classmate Jasmine, who destroys Beatrix's crystal ball out of spite making it loose its magical enchantment. Now Beatrix must seek help from three magical witches, one old and wise; another, kind beyond measure; and the last, a witch of pure love. Alongside Beatrix on this journey is her best friend Muggs (Joey Fatone), a rat with a big mouth and an even bigger appetite... for cheese. Will they find the help they need in time to save the WITCHES BALL?
